Do You? Renounce Sin – John 8: 1-11

One Thing: God is with us always, but our actions are our decision – we are called to renounce sin, will you choose that action?

Devotional Questions 

  1. What side of the sand do you find yourself on most of the time – the Pharisees or the woman?
  2. Where is God challenging you with sin – to not condemn or to not commit?
  3. Who do you know that may need to hear that they are not condemned for their sins?

Creative Response

Read through the Baptimsal Vows and sit with each question for 5 minutes.

Pray: Pray for guidance to ‘sin no more’.

Do: Contemplate your baptism and the vows held within – touch water and remember what that gift holds.
